Recent events, including the government shutdown and reductions in food assistance, have highlighted the issue of food insecurity in our community. When times are tough, families with pets need help too in keeping their pets healthy.

OMPP is making regular donations of dog and cat food to the Jefferson County Food Bank Association this winter.  Board member, Connie Graham, has been in charge of picking up food and delivering it to the food bank distribution center.
